It was very quick and simple!! After adding the lime juice, I added a jar of our homeade salsa to simmer in. Added a nice extra zing to it.

Delicious! its quick and easy to make, and there are very few ingredients, so if you have the spices on hand, all you really need to buy at the store are limes and chicken :) Will definitely make this again!
