  • Prep: 10 min. + marinating Grill: 10 min.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloins (3/4 pound each), trimmed

Directions

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients. Cut pork into 1/4-in. thick slices; add to marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Drain and discard marinade.
  • Thread about 10 pork slices onto each of six long skewers. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 9-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning often. Yield: 6 servings.
