i made these for all my roommates and their friends and they loved them. they dont taste much like root beer, but theyre still enjoyable!

NAw, these do not taste like root beer cupcakes. Big disappointment. Blah, I think I would have added more spice to them to make them better. Not a good choice, but had to find out for myself.

Haven't tried this yet but I intend to do so soon.. Where does it say 2 or 3 sticks of butter!? 1/2 cup of butter is only 1 stick!

These were really dry and didn't have a root beer flavor at all. I will not be making these again...sorry!

I also made these cupcakes and they were a total disappointment. In order to actually have some of the root beer taste in the batter, you will need to use root beer flavoring...not the drink. My children hated them and asked that I never make them again.
