Great salad. I cut the quinoa in half as someone suggested (and because I'm still trying to break my husband in to quinoa) and substituted diced sweet onion for the green onion, added diced cucumber and diced strawberries. Big hit, thinking about adding apples next time. Definitely will make again.

Not a fan of the quinoa, might leave it out next time.

This salad was very good; something different! I recommend using only 1/2 the recommended amount of Quinoa.

First time I used quinoa -- and I'm so pleased it was for this delicious recipe!

I would add a little more dressing but I think it's just a personal preference. Loved it!

Made it as written except forgot to tear the spinach. Very yummy. Dressing amount was perfect. I added a few ounces of chicken to my serving to round out a meal. Interested to see how it holds up overnight and tastes cold.

Love love love this salad, except I would add red onions and some Macedonian feta cheese, which is very low in fat, and the dressing is to die for, a definite yes.

We loved this salad but thought it needed more dressing. I doubled the dressing recipe, except for the green onion and pecan amounts. It was much more flavorful, and it is even good cold!
