I would like very much to have a suggestion as to lowering the sodium count it's really!! high

My hubby loved the flavor of this! The dumplings weren't his favorite, but he still wants this again. (I actually really liked the dumplings though. :) He asked that I make it as a chicken noodle soup next time. So, I'll just add carrots, celery, and noodles next time instead of the dumplings.

This was very easy to make. It has that homemade comfort feeling. Make sure the biscuits are mixed in the broth well.

I didn't follow the recipe exactly but in general I did. I like flavor so I add more onions and green pepper and a little more of each spice than it called for and some garlic. It was great and I was not a big dumplings fan before this recipe! My husband loved it too! I will be making this again.
