I'm not rating this recipe because I haven't tried it yet--plan to, though! I'm just replying to a comment by autiger02trey. I am thinking that an orange/chile marmalade I made, mixed with a little broth, might be a good marinade. I like orange and cranberries together. I also think the teriyake marinade sounds good!

This is the best recipe ever for chops. I think the sauce is really terrific & could probably be used chicken too. I think that pork is a little bland anyway & I agree with another reviewer who suggested marinating the meat. Still we loved this recipe!

The only thing that I would do differently would be to marinate the chops for several hours first. I don't know what would taste good, but I'm thinking teriyaki (please comment if you have other ideas for a semi-sweet marinade). My chops turned out very bland, but the sauce was FANTASTIC (5/5)! I'll cook this again with some modifications.
