This cool quick beverage reminds me of our visits to the Hawaiian Islands. It's a not-too-sweet smoothie that's sure to refresh any time of day.

TIME: Prep/Total Time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup 1% buttermilk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
