Instead of the semi-sweet chocolate, I used a combination of melted white chocolate chips and melted Andes Peppermints...delish!

Made these on a whim and for my first ever biscotti attempt. Everyone loved 'em and called them "heavenly". A definite must for peppermint lovers! Even with all of the peppermint involved (extract and crushed candy canes) the flavor wasn't overbearing.

These are wonderful. I have made them twice this week. The second time I didn't drizzle chocolate on them and my family liked them even better.

It is great and our friends really enjoyed. When I made it using the GFS peppermint candies the dough turned red. That made for an interesting flare.
