Orange Fruit Dip Recipe
  • Prep: 5 min. Cook: 10 min. + chilling
  • Yield: 16 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • Assorted fresh fruit

Directions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in the orange juice, water, lemon juice and orange and lemon peel until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with fruit. Yield: 2 cups.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 61 calories, trace fat (0 saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 37 mg sodium, 16 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
