I like this recipe because the orange juice gives the nut bread such a unique flavor and also makes it moist.

Great with whole wheat flour. I used 4 bananas. I think next time I will add some grated orange peel for a bit more orange taste.

I added orange zest and it was excellent.

I recently made an orange bread recipe and since I like banana bread, I started thinking how good the two would be together. I searched for a recipe and found this one, but I was surprised to find that the taste wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Too fruity, in a "child's fruity toothpaste" kind of way. Other people liked it though, so I guess it just shows how our tastebuds are all different.

This bread was delicious and moist! I added a little more than a cup of fresh coarsely chopped cranberries. I am making again today!

I live at a high altitude, so I'm not sure if my lack of success is due to that reason. But this recipe produced a dry bread. Good flavor, but too dry for our liking. I'm used to dense and cakey moist banana bread. This is not even close.

this is excellent recipe. i sub'd sunflower seeds for walnuts and only used 2 bananas (b/c that's what I had on-hand). Still turned out beautiful and delicious! Great recipe.
