My mom made these tender ribs for special Sunday suppers when we were growing up. A few common ingredients are all you need to make the zesty sauce that coats them. My family's eyes light up when I bring a plate of these ribs to the table, and company never suspects how easy they are to prepare. Yvonne White Williamson, New York

YUMMO!!! This was so easy and so very tasty! I used most of the recipe as is except I added the worchestershire, hot sauce, some brown sugar, and a bit of ketchup to store-bought bbq sauce. I didn't need to cook my ribs the full time either. They were done in just over 2 hours! I added meat tenderizer (just to make sure nothing was tough...LOL!!!!). The family could hardly wait to eat and I got two thumbs-up from my Hubby! Thanks for a great recipe; I will definitely make this one again!

Very good, just what I've been looking for. I'm so tired of those sweet barbecue sauces. The only things I changed was to turn the temp down to 300 while they were cooking (covered). I could see that the sauce was boiling. Also I did not uncover & bake 30 minutes longer, they were done at that point & beginning to dry out. This is a keeper, thanks for the recipe.

This was so good! My son comes home from college in 2 weeks & I can't wait to make these when he's home. He will love them! The rest of the family gave the "thumbs up" on this recipe.

i have made this recipe a few times and loved it. i went back and read the reviews and decided to add 1/2 c br sugar as others had suggested. it was even better than before.....so, go ahead and add the brown sugar. it really adds to the overall flavor profile.....great and easy recipe.

Can't get any easier! I really enjoyed these "as is" and my sister thought they were wonderful. That being said, next time I think I'll try them with either brown sugar or the apricot preserves and honey being added as a previous reviewer commented.
