This five-ingredient brittle is one of the best I've made. The recipe is so easy to follow and can be completed in about 30 minutes. Friends ask me for the recipe all the time.

Just wondering when was I supposed to take it off the tin foil after it cooled or before?

I will make this recipe for as long as I live, we can't stop eating it. It should be number 1 on the comfort food list! Crunchy, sweet and a little salt from the nuts is so good.
