My brother-in-law once made a sweet glaze for salmon. I lightened up a similar recipe. Grilling gives the salmon palate-pleasing taste and eye-appealing flair, making it perfect for weeknight suppers as well as weekend dinner parties.Kate Selner, St. Paul, Minnesota

I make this for club meetings/gathers and everyone always wants the recipe. It is a salmon that I make as both an entree and as an appetizer served with crackers.

This was one of the most delicious salmon recipes that we've tried. The glaze is absolutely delicious and it came out really nice on the grill.

We eat salmon frequently and this sounds like a delicious change from how I prepare it. Since it's a fatty fish, I have never had it come out dry. Maybe overcooked?

Because I don't have a grill I baked it at 350 for 25 minutes. It turned out very good.

This is the worst recipe I have ever tried from Taste of Home - grilled salmon. You MUST add some type of fat! Fish was dry and pretty tasteless. Angelizz10
