Fabulous! My son-in-law was crazy about it -- and it's so easy!

This has always been one of my family's favorite desserts so when I saw this makeover, I was elated. I use Fat Free, Sugar Free Lemon pudding rather than the chocolate and it is truly yummy.

I made this for a family dinner and took the leftovers into work. Since then it's been requested for all of the functions. They always say I'm lying when I tell them it's a light version!!

Being a diabetic, I love this recipe. I used banana cream pudding (suar free) and also sugar free oreos. Yummy!!!

I cut and wrap leftover dessert in individual servings.

My family loved this, especially my brother, who's diabetic. The only changes I made to the recipe is that I used sugar-free cheesecake flavored pudding instead of the vanilla. I added 2 tsp. of vanilla extract to the cream cheese/pudding mixture. I didn't have any regular cream cheese on hand, so I used half a package of light cream cheese (4 oz) instead.

I have made this recipe numerous times. Each time I try a little something different. I only use one package of fat-free cream cheese, reduced the milk to 2 1/4 cups, and only 1/2 package of reduced-fat oreos. This is a favorite in our house!
