To make your own tahini --- oven toast sesame seeds -- blend in food processor -- if too thick add olive oil to thin -- one drop at a time

It's a sesame paste that you can find in any natural food store, and sometimes in the grocery store. I prefer tahini that is toasted not raw. It has better flavor.
