I really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't add the green pepper because not all of my family likes green pepper but the beans still tasted very good without them! My only complaint was that they weren't as thick as the picture shows but that didn't at all affect the flavor.

This was a great, very easy recipe. The only thing I would have done differently is briefly sauté the onions and peppers before adding them to the beans. They were a little too crunchy for our tastes.
