Judy, I have made more of a recipe similar to this, with pecans. You will need 10 times the amount of each ingredient. However, I recommend doing each batch individually. First of all, it would be hard to find a bowl large enough to hold 20 c of almonds while still having room to mix everything. Plus, the individual almonds wouldn't get coated as evenly. Doing it individually ensures the proper results. Plus, as one batch fits on a cookie sheet, there's no need to guess how many to put on. I recommend tasting the first batch to make sure you like the ratio of ingredients given, as you can always adjust at this point for the rest of the batches. Good luck!
