This brunch dish has wonderful ingredients and an impressive look all rolled into one! I love hosting brunch...and this special omelet roll is one of my very favorite items to prepare and share. A platter of these pretty swirled slices disappeared in not time.Nancy Daugherty, Portland, Ohio

This was great, an awesome way to do omelets without having to make them all separate! I think I may have over baked my eggs but even still, it tasted good! I did half ham and cheese and the other half added green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Next time I will saute the veggies first and cut the mushrooms smaller since it's hard to roll the fuller it is. I served this to 6 adults and 2 kids and we ate the whole thing. Hubby and I would have eaten more if there had been any! Great breakfast item for a crowd!

This turned out tasting very good! Had a hard time peeling it off the wax paper, but I should have let it cook a little bit longer. Was a good meal for dinner & the dijon mustard added good flavor!
