Very good. Also heats up very nicely if you have any leftovers. I only used 1 envelope of ranch dressing mix.

The sauce was slightly sweet but tangy--very refreshing. Can be served as a quick, easy side dish to steak or roast.

This recipe was excellent. I did not have ranch dressing mix on hand, so I Google'd a recipe for the mix online. Even with substitutions, this recipe was a hit. I halved the recipe and used 2Tblsp. of butter and brown sugar instead of a quarter cup. My family thought it was excellent and that the carrots were very tender. Thank you for sharing! :)

I cut the recipe in half for fewer servings. They were delicious. The ranch dressing mix gave the sweet sugary sauce a tangy little bite. Super easy to prepare.
