Gingersnap Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (16 ounces) gingersnaps

Directions

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and pumpkin pie spice until fluffy. Beat in whipped topping until blended. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with gingersnaps. Yield: 3 cups.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 158 calories, 7 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 10 mg cholesterol, 152 mg sodium, 22 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 2 g protein.
