Canned soups, bottled enchilada sauce and a few other convenience items make this recipe one of my fast-to-fix favorites. Use mild green chilies if they suit your tastes, or try a spicier variety to give the soup more kick. -Cristin Fischer, Bellevue, Nebraska

This was a hit! I used the Cheddar Cheese soup and green enchilada sauce. Also, I used cooked cubed chicken breast rather than canned chicken. Delish!! Great with cornbread crumbled and sprinkled on top!

This soup is fast, easy, and delicious!!! My husband and I thought it was fantastic!! I used fat free milk instead of the whole milk and cubed chicken breasts that I had previously cooked (and stuck in the freezer for recipes like this) and it still tasted great. Will make it again (and again and again).

I had a friend over for dinner yesterday, and made this soup. It was so simple to make and we both thought it was delicious. The recipe didn't specify red or green enchilada sauce, so I used green for a little extra zip. I also threw in a can of black beans. I would definitely make this again!

Made this recipe several times. I use plain Cheddar Cheese soup instead of the Fiesta Nacho soup. I also use 1/2 a chicken breast sauteed with onions and peppers and seasoned with a bit of cumin and chili powder instead of canned chicken. I serve tortilla chips on the side for dipping. My kids love this.

This soup recipe is wonderful! I have made it a dozen times. I usually make a roaster full at a time for large groups. Instead of usuing canned chicken I buy the rotisserie chicken from our local grocery store and pull it off the bone. It kicks it up a notch.
