Creamy Bean Goulash Recipe

This stovetop supper gets you in and out of the kitchen in a jiffy. A friend served it to me in the 1950s. I've been making it monthly for my family ever since.—Lois Joy Ardery, Murrieta, California

My husband loves butter beans, so he is always pleased when I make this easy dish. I like to tinker and "improve" a recipe, but I can't think of anything to do with this one because it's so good as it is.
