Ingredients

  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 2 teaspoons fat-free chocolate syrup
  • 4 whole reduced-fat graham crackers, halved
  • 2 teaspoons fat-free caramel ice cream topping

Directions

  • Using a long-handled fork, toast marshmallows 6 in. from medium-hot heat until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drizzle chocolate syrup over four graham crackers; top each with two toasted marshmallows. Drizzle with caramel topping. Cover with remaining graham crackers. Yield: 4 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals 87 calories, 0.55 g fat (0.55 g saturated fat), 0.55 mg cholesterol, 82 mg sodium, 20 g carbohydrate, 0.55 g fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 starch.

Try using cans of milk chocolate icing instead of chocolate squares, it's less messy & melts easier too!

Sounds good but I think instead of the choc. syrup I will stick with chocolate squares. Using syrup just seems like cheating :)
