chicken cresent appetizers Recipe

Prep: 45 min. Cook: 20 min.

Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 C. shredded chicken
4 chopped green onions
1 C. softened cream cheese
1T. Grill seasoning for chicken (with salt)

Directions

Lay each crescent out on a parchment covered baking tray.
In a bowl combine all the above ingredients.
Scoop about 2T. of mixture and place in the middle of each crescent. Bring up the side of the dough gently and seal by overlapping the edges. Place each "pocket" seam side down on a baking tray with a clean sheet of parchment. Bake according to the crescent package. Let cool before removing from the tray. They will be very soft and HOT. Yield: serves 8

Notes:
Try a flavored cream cheese or a different shredded meat to make new variations.
