Sweet and Sour Pasta Salad

It's an old family favorite and it's very much liked when ever I serve it. It has a unique flavor which the dressing gives it.

Ingredients

1 pound box small shell pasta
1 small diced Red Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 cup Celery
1 cup Caulflower
1 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Green Olives
1/2 cup Black Olives
DRESSING;
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
2/3 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 10.75 oz. can Tomato Soup
3 Cloves Garlic, Pressed
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
1 Handful,Fresh Basil. Chopped fine

Directions

Combine all Dressing ingredients with a whisk. Set aside
Cook Shell Pasta according to pkg. directions, to al dente. Drain and set aside in a large bowl. Chop Onion, Pepper, and Celery in small pieces. Slice Olives in half. Break up Cailflower and Broccoli. Place all vegetables and Seasonings in the bowl with the shell pasta. Mix Well. Pour Dressing over Pasta and Vegetables.
Refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving.
