Savory Beef And Spaghetti

This recipe was passed down to me from my mother-in-law. Our family loves this spaghetti so much, I am asked quite often to include it in our menu for the month.

Ingredients

1 pound Round Steak, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup Flour
2 Tablespoons Oil
½ cup Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 cans (3 ounces) Chopped Mushrooms, Do not drain
1 cup (8 ounces) Sour Cream
1 can (16 ounces) Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
6 drops Tabasco Sauce
½ teaspoon Salt
Pepper, dash
1 pound Spaghetti Noodles

Directions

1. Cut round steak into bite size pieces; set aside.
2. Measure flour into a large resealable baggie. Add bite size pieces of round steak and shake well.
3. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat; brown round steak.
4. Pour meat pieces into a slow cooker.
5. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms (don’t drain liquid).
6. Combine sour cream, tomato sauce and seasonings; stir well.
7. Pour tomato sauce mixture over meat and stir to incorporate well.
8. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
9. Prepare spaghetti noodles according to directions on package.
10. Add noodles to the spaghetti mix.
11. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
