Rayman Favorite Oriental Chicken
4T Soya Sauce
3/4 cup Ketchup
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Whisk all sauce ingredients in shallow baking dish Place chicken pieces in sauce . Marinate in fridge at least one hour.
Bake at 350 degrees 1-1/2 hours basting occasionally.
This is a very good, easy to prepare and pretty economical dish. I sometimes serve it on an oval platter with white rice or Fried rice surrounding the baked chicken.
