Margarita Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts- (I do mine pounded out thin)
3 cloves fresh garlic-pressed or finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 can Bacardi brand frozen margarita mix-thawed
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1 large lime
black pepper-to taste
4-6 oz. Tequilla (whatever brand you like-( I use a lime flavored tequilla)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag and marinate at least 4 hours. (I marinate mine about 8 hours)
Grill over med high heat until grill marks appear and chicken no longer pink inside. (doesnt take long with chicken pounded out thin).
I serve with a mixture of prepared guacamole and sour cream that I add fresh cilantro to and a great corn and black bean salad!
