My mom taught me how to make this sweet treat. It's delicious!
Directions
Fill a medium Bullet cup about 3/4 full of ice. Add cocoa and sugar. Pour in milk until it rests just above the ice. Place cup on your Bullet and grind. Grind until you can't hear the large chunks of ice breaking. Take off of bullet and enjoy!
