Breakfast fruit salad

Wanting to lose some weight, we stsrted making this fruit salad several years ago and it's still regularly found in our fridge.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 6 large red grapefruit
  • 6 large oranges (or 2 tins mandarin orange segments in juice)
  • 1 - 2 mangoes
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • any other fruit that you like

Directions:

Peel, core and chop the pineapple. Segment the grapefruit and oranges. Prepare whatever other fruit you choose to use into bite sized pieces. Put everything into a large container and keep in the fridge.
