Breakfast fruit salad
Wanting to lose some weight, we stsrted making this fruit salad several years ago and it's still regularly found in our fridge.

Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 6 large red grapefruit
- 6 large oranges (or 2 tins mandarin orange segments in juice)
- 1 - 2 mangoes
- strawberries
- blueberries
- any other fruit that you like
Directions:
Peel, core and chop the pineapple. Segment the grapefruit and oranges. Prepare whatever other fruit you choose to use into bite sized pieces. Put everything into a large container and keep in the fridge.
