I "discovered" Arnold Multi Thins and found they are not only low calorie but work in so many delcious ways. I make this recipe Very often now. It is so good and so fast and the Toppings and Cream Cheese varieties can lead to numerous variations.

Ingredients

  • Individual Breakfast Pizzas.
  • 2 Arnold Multi Thins
  • Slightly less than 1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 slices Canadian bacon cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup diced Vidalia Onion.
  • Preheat oven or Toaster oven to 350 degrees .
  • Whisk together the 1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese with the egg and salt until smooth .
  • Top each 1/2 Multi Thin generously with the creamy egg mixture . Sprinkle Cheddar over all.
  • Top with Diced bacon and sweet onion.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes .
