Very interesting! I made this the night before, and when I tasted it, I was a bit nervous! But the next night when it was served everyone loved it!!! I think making it and letting it set in the fridge is key. VERY Good!!! Will also be good in a taco or wrap!!

A refreshingly new take on slaw. Great contrast between the spice of the jalapeno and the blue cheese.

Tried this for the first time omitting the jalapeno pepper. I used this slaw mainly to go as the cabbage mix for fish tacos with an additional sauce added for the tacos only. The flavors are bursting and completely wowed the house. In the fish tacos it was wonderful and as a side it was totally devoured and we all went back to eat it until it was completely gone. A keeper for sure!
