I'm always on the lookout for new ways to make muffins. This fun version includes crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies in the batter. They're a double treat - like eating muffins and cookies at the same time. -Jan Blue, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

Big Batch Baked GoodsWe enjoy homemade baked goods for breakfast, but I don’t have time to bake each morning before school. So I devote 1 day a month to making large batches of cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, cream cheese rolls and muffins. I place them in heavy-duty resealable plastic bags labeled with the date. (They freeze for about 2 months.) On busy mornings, it’s a snap to pop a few in the microwave to warm. The kids love the fresh-baked flavor. —Lori T., New London, Texas

These muffins are delicious! The top tends to be quite crumbly however, but the mufffins are moist and delectable! The crumbled oreo cookie inside and on top adds to the fun!

I skipped the white chip drizzle. The topping is very messy and the muffins stick to the papers. Very moist on the inside and, surprisingly, not TOO sweet.

I was looking for a chocolate chip muffin recipe when I found this one. As I had some cookies handy that had been untouched for a while I thought I'd try this recipe. I used less cookies and more sugar and butter; I left off the topping aswell as no-one in my house likes icing. They were delicious! Thanks!
