I doubled the sauce and we had it over steamed potatoes and carrots too! The whole family loved it.

I substituted half the butter with olive oil and I cut pork loin into small fillets and browned in a pan with a small minced shallot. Then I noticed I didn't have white wine so I used red wine with the cream, rosemary. I noticed the flavor was a little to light for our liking so I added a pinch of oregano, garlic, salt & pepper. Very good! I will try with chicken next time I make this. Thanks for the idea in creating this.

Initially, my boyfriend was not fond of it. However, I quote, "at first i wasn't feelin' the chicken too muchbut it grew on me a loti hella want more now". Aside from the fact that heavy whipping cream is quite unhealthy, I will definitely be using [some variation of] this recipe again. Milk + cornstarch (1 cup: 1 tbsp) instead of heavy whipping cream, and chicken broth or some other alternative to butter will make this meal much, much healthier (way too much saturated fat in the original recipe, unfortunately). Definitely would recommend to anybody eating this solely as an occasional treat, or like me, uses healthier alternatives.

I really really wanted to like this. It sounded so good and your reviews were all so good, but I didn't really like this much at all! The flavor was only ok. I was very surprises. Usually I really like almost every single taste of home recipe. That's pretty much all I make every day. This one was a disappointment. Sorry!

So far made a couple times. So satisfying and creamy! I made a few changes. Cooked chopped onions and mushrooms with chicken and used chicken seasoning. Then added chicken stock and then cream. Cooked down to a nice tasty and creamy wonderful dinner! For a side dish cooked potatoes called Salty Balls. Love it! Now a staple dinner in our house.

This recipes was easy and excellent. Both my husband(who doesn't like to try different things) and my brother loved it. Will make again.

I used the chicken broth as my husband doesn't care for anything cooked in wine and I added green onions to the sauce. It was fantastic, even my 7 year old said "Mom, this is so good!" Will definitely add it to my recipe box!
