My entire family raved about this and we'll be making it again before the Christmas season is over. Its absolutely delicious and the mint makes it extra special.

I really like mint chocolate and this was no exception. I used hersey kisses and everybody loved it. I may try the regular milk chocolate chips next time.

Easy to make, I don't eat chocolate but the husband says this is wonderful fudge.

Yummy!!! Melt in your mouth minty goodness! These are so quick and easy. Everyone LOVES them. This goes in my 'must-make' recipes for Christmas.

This recipe was easy and finished texture is so creamy. I changed it up a bit by using Mint semi-sweet chocolate chips and Mint Hershey kisses for the milk chocolate. I kept the Peppermint and Vanilla flavorings the same. Delicious!!

I just made this for the third time today. But I had to modify it this time, as I could not get the chocolate chips to melt and I had had difficulty with this both other times as well. So I increased the butter to 2 T and added 6-8 T of milk, and transferred it to a double boiler and then it worked great. The consistency was so much better with the added liquid; the other two times it set up before I could even get it into the pan. But this time it actually needed the fridge time to set up. Very good. Even my husband who does care for mint enjoyed it.
