Barbecued Chicken Pizza

TIME: Prep/Total Time: 20 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 prebaked Italian bread shell crust (14 ounces)
  • 2/3 cup honey garlic barbecue sauce
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Place the crust on a 14-in. pizza pan. Spread barbecue sauce to within 1/2 in. of edges. Sprinkle with the onion, chicken and cheese. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 4 servings.
