  • 1 can (16 ounces) caramel frosting or frosting of your choice
  • Cupcakes of your choice
  • Spiced gumdrops

Directions

  • Frost cupcakes. Roll out gumdrops to 1/8-in. thickness; cut out with 1-in. to 1-1/2-in. leaf-shaped cookie cutters. Pile leaves on cupcakes as desired. Yield: varies.

Great for our bake sale - everyone loved them!

I thought this was such a beautiful and simple idea. I followed the very simple instructions and had excellent results. To get the multi-colored leaves, press together two or three different colored gumdrops and roll. You can re-roll out the scraps to get even more. What a great idea, thanks!
