This was the first time that I tried the boneless country ribs. I found them to be way too tough for my taste.

This is a classic at our house. This recipe is delicious when grilled, but it doesn't turn out as well when the meat is cooked in an oven.

These came out better than I thought they would; very tender and flavorful. I did cut the cayenne in half, however, as we don't like spicy foods.
