This is one of my husband's favorite recipes. It's very easy to make and the salsa gives it a very good flavor.

I have made this recipe with either shrimp or chicken(2 cups, cooked, chopped). The one thing I change is I make a fresh batch of salsa and throw that in, instead of the processed store bought stuff. It gives a freshness to the recipe and everyone LOVES it. This is a keeper. (Salsa is just tomatoes fresh or diced canned, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, salt/pepper).
