Shared by Sarah Berger of Minneapolis, Minnesota, this smooth avocado mix features fresh salsa for a zesty dip that's excellent on chips.
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon salsa
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; serve immediately. Yield: 3/4 cup.
