5-Minute Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; serve immediately. Yield: 3/4 cup.

Nutritional Analysis: 2 tablespoons equals 53 calories, 5 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 114 mg sodium, 2 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1 fat.

Keep Guacamole Fresh
