Ingredients

  • 1 package (6.6 ounces) miniature cheddar cheese fish-shaped crackers
  • 1 package (5 ounces) dried cranberries
  • 1-1/4 cups salted cashews

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 cup) equals 333 calories, 18 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 328 mg sodium, 40 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 8 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crackers, cranberries and cashews. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 6 cups.

"As much as I love the three ingredients, I did not like the flavors combined. I used unsalted cashews; but the mix was plenty salty, so that wasn't the problem."
