“Fun!” is how Mary Janice Reisdorf describes her job as TOH Cooking School culinary specialist for the upper Midwest. With a certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in London and an associates degree in culinary arts from Kendall College in Chicago, she’s certainly got a wealth of info to share!
