Dana Elliott is the Culinary Specialist for Taste of Home Cooking Schools in Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan. She has worked for the Cooking School for 2 years, but she’s a veteran when it comes to cooking!
Her favorite TOH recipe is Salsa Guacamole from Lauren Heyn of Oak Creek, Wisconsin. "I used this recipe when I auditioned for the Cooking School," says Dana, "and I got the job!"
