"When my daughter was first married, she called to ask how I made those pork chops she always loved," shares Cindy Cohen of Marco Island, Florida. "I told her to dip each chop in egg and cover it with a mixture of crushed cornflakes, powdered bay leaf and garlic, then bake.
"The next day I asked her how my son-in-law had enjoyed the dinner, and she said he didn't really care for it. I was surprised…until she volunteered that she had been out of cornflakes. So she used Frosted Flakes instead!"
