Open for Business

Whether you own a ski machine or a jump rope, your home gym won't do any good if you don't visit it regularly. Keep the following in mind and you're bound to succeed:

  • Schedule workouts. Set aside time specifically for exercising to make it easier to stick with your program.
  • Vary your routine. Occasionally change your program to keep it interesting. Adjust the intensity of your routine as your ability increases.
  • Get moving. It doesn't matter what equipment you own, it's how often you exercise that counts. Start off slowly but work out regularly. You'll be amazed at the results!
