Unfortunately, there aren't certain foods that promote weight loss in particular areas of the body. Specific exercises can build muscle in different areas of the body, but even exercises can't provide the control we need to lose fat from specific parts of our body. What we can do, however, is lose overall weight through diet and exercise and incorporate resistance exercises to help tone muscles in specific areas of the body.
