Our recipes are tested in our Greendale, Wisconsin, test kitchen—760 feet above sea level.
Unfortunately, we can't re-create high-altitude baking conditions here. But, local county extension
offices (found in your phone book's government section) are very knowledgeable about such things and happy
to offer guidance on baking in your area.
