I would suggest a general gluten-free flour mixture such as Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Flour. Look for it near the specialty flours in your grocery store's baking aisle or order it on-line at www.bobsredmill.com.

Please keep in mind that we did not test the recipe with this flour, so the recipe may need to be adjusted further to meet your standards.
