Dijon mustard
dry bread crumbs
grated Parmesan cheese
dried oregano
dried thyme
dried rosemary
fat-free milk
balsamic vinegar
lime juice

Then pick up these at the grocery store:
1 head garlic
1 pound fresh green beans
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 jar (12 ounces) toasted wheat germ
4 (4 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (16 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
4 medium potatoes
1 carton (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
1 carton (16 ounces) cream-style cottage cheese
1 package (8 ounces) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
